This Privacy Policy describes how Rordaz Publishing Company (“Rordaz”, “we”) handles information within its application and the rordaz.com website. By using the application, you agree to the practices described here.
1. About the application
The Rordaz application is an internal editorial publishing tool. It automates the preparation and posting of promotional content for the publisher's own books (videos and promotional materials) on the Rordaz YouTube channel (EditoraRordaz) and other official brand channels. The application is operated by the publisher itself, on its own accounts.
2. Data we process
- Account authorization (OAuth): to publish on the channel, the application uses secure Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0) for the account that owns the channel. We store only the authorization tokens needed to operate the channel, on a restricted basis.
- Publishing content: the texts, images and videos the publisher itself creates to promote its books.
- Website visitors: the rordaz.com website is static and does not collect visitors' personal data, does not use tracking cookies and does not build advertising profiles.
3. Use of YouTube API Services
The application uses the YouTube API Services to publish content on the publisher's channel. By using this feature, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data handling by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Limited use: data obtained through the Google/YouTube APIs is used exclusively to operate publishing on the publisher's own channel. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating the channel, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing
We do not share authorization or account information with third parties, except when strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, the YouTube/Google platform itself) or when required by law.
5. Retention and security
Authorization tokens are kept only as long as needed to operate the channel and are protected by access controls. You may revoke the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Your rights
You may request information about the data processed, revoke access, or request deletion of stored tokens by contacting us.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version.
